OVERVIEW

This application allows you to completely secure your business mail server and control message received and sent with detailed policy rules. You can stop your mail server broadcasting to the internet making it as secure as you ever will. Stop internal user(s), external users from sending and receiving specific messages by creating rules. With these rules you can specify
· From Address
· To Address
· Subject
· Message Containing
· File Attachments
· Message Size
· Forward Message (Even if policy denies message)
You can easy restore any message ever sent or received from archives, manually allow blocked messages (with conditions, i.e without file attachments), comprehensive reporting.. PLEASE CONTINUE TO READ AND DOWNLOAD A TRIAL. IT WILL SECURE YOUR MAIL INFRASTRUCTURE.

Here is the heart of the application where you can create your policies on what messages to allow or deny. Enlarge the image. The policy works in order sequence. It will check each ‘recipient the message is intended for’ individually against each policy criteria until it finds the first match. For example, a message sent to michael@itdependent.co.uk, support@itdependent.co.uk, it would check michael@itdependent.co.uk reading through each policy in order sequence checking the criteria and when a match is found, it processes the policy accordingly. It will then do exactly the same for support@itdependent.co.uk, reading through the policy in order sequence. The Default policy is always the last and will deny everything. This policy cannot be removed. All criteria in the policy must match the message

Here you can setup the SMTP Server to restrict access as low as zero. The first section on the left allows you to allow or deny access by IP address. This tells the SMTP Server that it can only accept connection if the requirements are met. The next session you can tell the SMTP Server what ports and NIC’s to listen on. You can have multiple SMTP Servers on different NIC’s. The sections on the right will tell the SMTP Server who to allow to relay and who isn’t, and can be overruled by specifying an SMTP Servers. This is handy so that your internal server can relay to anywhere through this SMTP Server. Click Image to see example. In the From Recipients Relay section, 2 domains are specified, which means that they are able relay, any other domains will be denied. Below that there are 2 mail server addresses specified which overrides the domains specified and are able to relay any domain

Here you can setup how messages will be sent once they have been received and passed the policy. The left hand section allows you to route specific domains to specific mail servers. In the example left both these domains are being routed to the internal mail server on port 400 (changed from port 25) which is now protected, and specify the NIC for if you have multiples. Other mail is routed according the configuration on the right hand section. In this instants using SMTP Direct Connection, however you can relay and specify Default SMTP Server. Also you can specify the NIC that email will be sent via, for if you have multiple NIC’s

Here you can setup the POP Server to restrict access as low as zero. The first section on the left allows you to allow or deny access by IP address. This is tell the POP Server that it can only accept connection if the requirements are met. The next session on the right you can tell the POP Server what ports and NIC’s to listen on. You can have multiple POP Servers on different NIC’s. In this instant the port no is set to 111 instead of 110 industry standard, so that the POP Server is more secure. Also the reason for being able to specify a single NIC with multiple NIC’s is so the POP Server can listen on the internal NIC, not internet NIC.

Here you can change Domain Name, Connection Speed, and Data Path. Your domain name is required for mail verification and internal email. Connection is not mandatory as the system can usually autodetect you connection speed, however specify it for simplicity. You can move various parts of the data to other areas of your drive. Usually this is done if disk space is becoming a problem. You can also specify Mail Archive, Failed & Blocked History.

Here you can do comprehensive reporting, showing all mail that was received, sent, downloaded, blocked, and failed. Blocked messages you can allow either the whole message or with conditions (If the mail policy has blocked the message because of an attachment, you can allow the message without the attachments. You can even strip recipients intended for. You will have no problem finding these messages with our detailed search facility

Here you can configure your POP Accounts to download from an external POP3 Server and forward them onto your internal mail server, or anywhere you wish. You can specify a number of options, weather to download the messages already done, delete messages, enable or disable account, comprehensive scheduling, forward all mail downloaded to another email address, and it allows you to specify which NIC to use (Handy if it’s on a firewall restricting ports on NIC’s)

Here you can configure your POP Mailbox Users, which clients will connect to using the POP3 protocol (Unfortunately IMAP is not available, but will be soon). You can enable or disable accounts, comprehensive scheduling restricting when users can download from their mailbox. You can also specify multiple email addresses and you can do the same address for more than one user. For example 2 separate mailboxes can share the same email address and both will receive the message. This gets over the annoying problem with Exchange Server
